TFlex®-405 is a compact, flexible microwave coaxial cable designed to deliver low insertion loss, strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, and low passive intermodulation (PIM) performance. It serves as a space-saving alternative to smaller semi-rigid coaxial cables, offering reliable performance in a lightweight design. The construction includes a solid silver-plated copper center conductor and a solid polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dielectric for excellent signal integrity and thermal performance. Dual silver-plated copper braid shields and a rugged fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) outer jacket provide durability in harsh environments, including UV, flame, and chemical exposure. TFlex-405 is well-suited for use in aerospace, radar systems, robotics, and other mission-critical RF (radio frequency) applications.
