TFlex®-401 is a high-performance microwave coaxial cable that combines low loss, excellent shielding, and low passive intermodulation (PIM) performance in a flexible format. Engineered as a replacement for larger semi-rigid coaxial cables, it offers comparable electrical performance with easier routing and installation. The cable features a solid silver-plated copper center conductor and a solid polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dielectric for thermal stability and consistent impedance. A dual layer of silver-plated copper braid shielding ensures strong protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI). Finished with a fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) outer jacket, TFlex-401 is UV-resistant, flame-retardant, and chemical-resistant—ideal for aerospace, defense, and high-power RF (radio frequency) applications.
